Therapy. Anywhere.

Life is busy, schedules are packed, and online services are more important than ever. I offer in-person and tele-health sessions to ensure you can access the support in a way that feels best for you.

In Person Sessions

One hour a week dedicated to your growth, healing, and personal reflection. In person sessions are available for those in the Greater Tri-Cities area.

Tele-Health sessions available state-wide.

The way we do life has shifted. Therapy should be no different. I offer tele-health appointments for clients across Washington State. The ease and convenience of tele-health allows you to access support in a space that feels best for you, in a window of time that works for you.

Approach

My approach to therapy is grounded in presence, compassion, and a deep belief in your capacity to heal and grow.

I use an integrative blend of cognitive and body-based therapies, drawing from tools like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), somatic and sensorimotor approaches, solution-focused work, narrative therapy, positive psychology, and relational therapy. These modalities support both insight and embodied change—because healing isn’t just something we think through, it’s something we feel and experience in the whole self.

But more than any method, I show up first as a human—with curiosity, care, and respect for the space you’re in. Together, we’ll explore what’s been heavy, what’s still tender, and what’s ready to grow. We’ll work to make sense of your story, reconnect with your body’s wisdom, and practice new ways of showing up for yourself with gentleness and strength.

This is a space for your healing, your growth, and your becoming—and I’m honored to walk with you.
