About Me

Therapist. Clinical social worker. Fellow human.

I’m a therapist, clinical social worker, and fellow human—committed to holding space for people in the thick of it: grief and growth, transitions and trauma, disconnection and the desire for something more.

I earned my Master’s in Social Work (MSW) from Edinboro University in 2018 with a focus on trauma-informed care. Over the past 9 years, I’ve had the honor of walking alongside individuals and families during some of the most vulnerable, tender, and pivotal moments of their lives.

What I’ve learned is this:
Everyone carries a story woven with heartache and hope.
And healing begins when we let that story be seen—safely and without shame.

Therapy is for everyone (even therapists!). I know it can feel vulnerable, awkward, or even a little scary to begin—but it doesn’t have to be. My goal is to make therapy more approachable, inclusive, and meaningful. You don’t need to become someone new. You just need space to return to yourself.

My Approach

Compassionate care that meets you where you are—and walks with you toward where you want to be.

I work with people who are tired of abandoning themselves. Many of my clients are high-functioning, deeply caring, and stretched thin—managing careers, caregiving, and relationships while quietly feeling disconnected from their own needs. You may feel burned out, overwhelmed, or navigating the quiet ache of not feeling fully alive.

Trauma isn’t only the things that happened to us—but also what didn’t. The missed opportunities for safety, attunement, and nurturing often show up later in life as chronic people-pleasing, disconnection, emotional dysregulation, and self-abandonment. I help clients come home to themselves by gently exploring how past experiences shape present patterns—and creating new, more liberating ways of being.

As a licensed clinical social worker and certified trauma professional, I specialize in:

  • Trauma recovery & complex trauma

  • Nervous system regulation

  • Burnout & boundary work

  • Self-worth & identity

  • Grief, life transitions, and relational healing

My approach is relational, collaborative, and deeply human. I blend cognitive and body-based modalities to support whole-person healing, including:

  • Somatic therapy

  • Narrative therapy

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Sensorimotor techniques

  • Positive psychology

We move at your pace—always honoring both your resilience and your readiness. My role is to ask the hard questions, hold space for your story, help you connect the dots, and celebrate your growth along the way.

You are worthy of presence, hope, and goodness.

If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d be honored to walk with you.
